Welcome to Poultry Days!
The Versailles Poultry Days’ Board of Directors and the Village of Versailles welcome you to the 73rd annual Poultry Days festival June 14-16th . Always the 2nd full weekend in June! Poultry Days is an annual community festival which began in 1952 to celebrate the area’s history as a leading poultry-producer. Arrive early to enjoy one of our World-Famous chicken dinners. Since 1952 this village of less than 3,000 people has sold 1,174,285 of these delicious dinners.
The 2024 festival theme is “Poultry of the Caribbean”. The festival is always packed with many activities for people of all ages to enjoy. The Grand Parade will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday and the Antique Car Parade will be replaced with the "Chicken Classic Cruise-In Car Show" on Sunday. The Village will host the 42nd annual Ultimate Frisbee Tournament, which is one of the top bucket list tournaments in the world. Some of the other activities will include: Miss Chick and Little Miss Poultry Days Contests, FREE Kiddie Tractor Pull, rides and games for all ages, Vendor Area, Cake and Egg Contests, Flower Show, Art & Photo Show and FREE Chicken Eating Contest along with many other family friendly events.

POULTRY DAYS SAYS THANK YOU!
Following a very successful Poultry Days 2023, I would like to thank the Versailles community for your support of this year’s festival. For 72 years this community has come together to volunteer, participate, and support the festival. The money raised from Poultry Days is used to operate and make improvements to Heritage Park, as well as support community projects and organizations that help improve the quality of life.
Personally, I would like to thank the Versailles Poultry Days Board and Chairman for their tireless work and effort to make the 2023 festival a huge success. Specifically, fellow Chairman Dereck, Vince, Justin, Jordan, Kyle, Brent, Luke, and Alex, whom I had the pleasure of helping lead the Organization these past 6 years. Together, we broke records and carried out a safe and successful festival. As always, I would encourage anyone interested in learning more about Poultry Days, or wanting to join the board, to reach out to any current member. I can assure you your commitment will be fun and rewarding.
